Consultant - Mike Sexton
Mike is the senior partner of EAD Solicitors LLP. He graduated in Law at Liverpool University and passed the Solicitors' Final Examination in 1986.
He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988 having completed his training with another local Law firm. He showed a particular flair for personal injury work.
He joined EAD Solicitors LLP in January 1993 and was made Partner later that year. Mike heads up the Personal Injury department but specialises in acting for claimants with injuries of the utmost severity. Mike is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a member of the Headway Personal Injury Solicitors List.
He has undertaken numerous cases where settlements of over £1 million have been achieved and his largest settlement to date is £2.7 million. He has been described as being at the forefront of developments in personal injury law.
In his most recent settlement he obtained an Order for guaranteed annual periodic payments of £109,000 for life together with a capital sum in excess of £1.5 million.
