Elizabeth Grayton
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Southampton where she was awarded a 2.1 LLB Honours degree in 2000.
Elizabeth studied at the College of Law in Chester, where she passed her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2003. She was admitted to the Manx Bar in 2005.

Practice Area
Elizabeth has experience of a wide area of work since her
coming to live on the Isle of Man in 2001. Her principal
practice areas are commercial and corporate law, commercial
property, privacy and data protection, computer law, telecommunications and employment law. She has recently been involved in several
high profile business disposals and acquisitions on the Island.
Elizabeth has been proactively advising a number of clients on
the use of the New Manx Vehicle (NMV) (the new company type
resulting from the passing of the Isle of Man Companies Act
2006) in their corporate structures.
Elizabeth has established strong business ties in Southern Asia and has been actively involved in various marketing initiatives in the region. She has written an article for MoneyMedia magazine in relationship to her marketing trip to India in December 2007.
Elizabeth has also experience of private client work, including wills and probate and personal injury.
